Our client, located in Springfield, Massachusetts, is seeking a Business Analyst to perform the following duties: Key facilitator within an organization, acting as a bridge between the business partner, stakeholders and the solution team Provides input to Project Charter, Integrated Plan and Milestone Plan Researches problems, plans solutions, recommends software/systems, and coordinates development to meet business or other requirements Assists with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options, and communicating these to all stakeholders Works with stakeholders and team to prioritize requirements Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project; enforce and redefine as necessary Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood Defines overall future-state definition for impacted areas Qualifications: 2+ years experience in a formal BA discipline and software requirements elicitation Familiar with relational database and other system/technical concepts Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Insurance, Annuities and Finance related to pensions Has a solid understanding of the business direction, an overall view of the -big picture- and good knowledge of the business being affected by a project's implementation 401k Plans - 3 years 403b Plans - 1 year 457 Plans - 1 year Defined Benefits - 3 years Defined Contributions - 3 years
