This should be pretty simple to someone that knows Outlook 2007 and 2010. I have program that was design per my request that I know works and works well. But there is a issue with activating or showing the "ADD-In Tab" into Outlook 2007 and 2010 email message to make the program work when I do a new install of the program. I need someone to turn on this add-in tab in the email message and teach me how to do it. See the two attached pictures. Thanks.
