Ann Arbor, MI, Local Candidates Only Will be a member of the Virtual Data Migration Team, will assist users remotely in migrating data and application from old to new PC's. Job duties will include: * Imaging computers * Quick learner and willingness / ability to precisely follow directions / checklists are a must. * 1-3 years experience troubleshooting and repairing PC/Laptops. * Ability to back up all user data from the old laptops. * Ensure that the new laptop image is functioning properly. * Restore all the users data to the new laptops and ensure that all data can be retrieved (i.e. Outlook, SaleForce, etc) * Ability to adhere to company internal SLA. * 1 Year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / LAN Admin is required. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003/2010. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft O/S like XP and Windows 7. * Must have good oral and written communication skills.
