We have had a previous SEO company (local) do some extensive work for us which was successful but expensive on a month to month basis and sometimes the month to month improvement was minimal or slightly negative. So SEO has already been performed and hence the basics (hopefully more than basics) are already in place. We're looking for someone to review what's been done and provide us with a strategy to implement, no actioning initially. From there we may do some ourselves and get you to action some (under a separate job costing) Our rankings have fallen back a little for some reason as of late. We're talking 6-10 keywords. In my eye we have relatively little competition in the online world but lots in the bricks n mortar space. One thing in particular I would like advice on is: As we are a dedicated online site, our previous SEO supplier set us up on Google Places, so our organic listing now is mixed in with our competitors on the A, B, C listings that google maps/places shows (sorry not sure which).
