USPS has a website that allows customers to create and print a Customs Declaration form for international and domestic (APO/FPO) destinations. The site can be found at: http://webapps.usps.com/customsforms/ USPS also has a web services tools that could generate the form by submitting a well-formatted xml request to their server. It then returns an image (or pdf) that can be printed. The Web Tools API can be found here (domestic one might be different): https://www.usps.com/webtools/htm/Customs-Forms-v8-2d.htm I'm looking to create a Windows native application with a nice (and colorful) look and feel that guides the user through the process and prints the form on a pre-selected printer. This is intended for public-use to it has to have an admin mode and a user mode where users cannot exit unless a windows administrator's username/password is entered. This task includes the UI design as well as coding and testing. The project can be done in c# or c++ (preferred). The UI needs to allow for full-screen mode with no frame or system buttons. It needs to have a simple flow with big fonts and buttons that would make it easy for average person to use. An on-screen keyboard should optionally be displayed to help the user enter the data using touch-screen monitors. Deliverables should include an installer as well as executable and source code. The program needs to compatible with XP/Vista/Windows 7 A rough UI spec with your bid would help me in selecting the best fit but it is not required.
