Jr. Buyer - Purchasing/Manufacturing
Jr. Buyer Purchasing and Manufacturing Experience 10-Key/Data Entry Proficiency Volt has a temp-to-hire opportunity available for a Jr. Buyer with Our Client, an Aerospace Company in Renton, WA. Duties and Responsibilities: The Jr. Buyer will: Work closely and support the Purchasing Staff, and be responsible for tracking and maintaining open Purchase Order; work on shortages in advance of need dates to support schedule requirements. Track tool status, as well as communicate requirements and commitments; track supplier delivery performance measurements. Assist Accounting with issue resolution of billing. Complete special projects as directed by the Purchasing Manager. Type from copy, rough draft, general instructions, Purchase Order/Invoices and/or other materials frequently requiring independent action and discretion. Process Purchase Orders/Invoices or documents; review Purchase Orders and Invoices for sufficiency, obtain necessary signatures, and route appropriately. Independently prepare rough draft reports and statistical tabulations. Maintain purchasing files; maintain follow-up and accurate inventory records. This is a temp-to-hire position in Renton, WA, through Volt Engineering Services, headquartered in Seattle, WA.
