The candidate must be able to work independently, take high level instruction and take initiative. Experience within the Agile development methodology is required. The candidate must have experience with test driven development. The type of testing will use automated test suites like NUnit, MSTest, PEX and Selenium. The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft's Enterprise Library. The position requires strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
