The Role: The Assessment and Liaison Support Workers provide a high quality telephone based intake, assessment and referral service. Referrals link to specialist emergency accommodation and support from the Specialist Homelessness Sector services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The Homelessness Gateway Service operates 24 hours/7 days per week. The Salary: Dependent on experience and/or qualification(s) the salary range is $38,900 to $53,300 (FTE) with Salary Packaging and without Salary Packaging it is $35,400 to $47,000 (FTE).
