Ability to design a Planning application based on the requirements from business/ end users. Ability to build an EPMA planning application. Provide technical solutions and design recommendations based on best practices Ability to write complex calculation scripts & business rules based on business requirements Ability to configure and design reports within Financial Reports HFM Ability to support HFM/FDM applications. Ability to resolve issues and support month end process for a multinational company. Ability to build/ edit reports using Financial Reports. Ability to resolve data load issues using ERPi ODI application. Ability to edit or build business rules based on business requirements Qualifications Skills : • Expert Knowledge of Hyperion EPMA Planning. • Expert Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management System • Expert knowledge of FDM. • Expert knowledge of EssBase • Good understanding of Oracle E-business suite (Finance modules) • Knowledge of ERPi • Proficiency with MS Project/Visio. • Proficiency with Oracle Database • Proficiency with scripting languages like Shell / VB • Understand and maintain HFM application functionality. • Create Data grids/ Web Forms/ FR Reports • Write the HFM rules from scratch or edit the current version of rules as per Business Requirements. • Maintain metadata/Member list. Required: • 6 years of experience in IT/Technology 3~4 Years’ experience in application implementation/analysis /development with SQL/PLSQL / Hyperion / Essbase technologies.• A minimum of 2 years development experience in an Hyperion ( All modules ) including Essbase • 1 year experience with UNIX/Linux shell scripting • Perfect understanding of relational databases (including tables, views, indexes, table spaces etc.) and Multidimensional databases • Good understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and the translation of business requirements into ERD’s. • Master at debugging complex application issues • 3~4 years’ Experience in development life cycle of large projects: requirements gathering, business and technical designs, development, quality assurance, deployment and support and documentation. • Ability to organize workload for effective implementation. • Ability to create and organize project plans and technical specifications. • Effective writing and diagramming skills.
