SAP Analyst with MM, SD, CRM and/or PM Lakewood, Colorado Duration:6+months Job Responsibilities: Provide functional SAP support. Identify and document business requirements, create technical design documents, develop and test solutions, troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Develop, support and enhance other applications, programs, and interfaces. Mentor and cross-train with team members. Deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism. Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, other departments and management. Speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal skills and listen carefully. Write effectively and understand written communications, including but not limited to email. Maintain a regular, dependable attendance and a consistently high level of performance. Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public. May be required to be available to respond during non-working hours, especially related to company emergencies. Other daily, weekly and monthly duties as assigned. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Job Requirements Configuration experience in two or more SAP modules required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems. Must be able to successfully perform multiple tasks with strict deadlines, organize work effectively, reprioritize as new demands arise, and maintain strict confidentiality. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work with a team, follow general directions from several sources, focus attention on details and complete projects. Ability to organize, schedule and prioritize departmental and individual work to meet various schedules and objectives. Ability to communicate effectively and proactively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to successfully perform the required and expected duties with minimal direct supervision. Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge Configuration experience with MM, SD, CRM and/or PM . Knowledge of IDOC structures, ABAP fundamentals and table definitions. Experience with BEx and SAP BW.
