A 3-year funded postdoctoral fellow position in cancer biology is available at Duke University. The Becher lab uses state of the art mouse genetics techniques to model brainstem gliomas in mice. Using these in vivo techniques in combination with in vitro approaches, we specifically address questions regarding cell of origin for brainstem gliomas, functional genomics, mechanisms of resistance to targeted agents, and barriers to drug delivery.
