Brand Certification PM - Japanese
*Manage the most prestigious brand in the Pacific Northwest.* The Brand Certification Project Manager in this contract position will be responsible for the communication, coordination and approval of design agency packaging, point of sale, website design, and advertising as executed by 3rd party partners and internal marketing teams globally in line with client's brand and legal guidelines. OVERVIEW: Brand Certification Approve the use of client's Interactive Entertainment brands by 3rd parties and internal marketing teams in the following media: Print (packaging, point of sale and advertising) Broadcast (TV and cinema trailers) Web (static websites and rich media online advertisements) Tool and Brand Asset Support Provide support on the usage of client's brand assets and tools (such as the following) to internal teams and 3rdparty partners: Artwork Submission Tool Digital Asset Management Tool, online repository for all interactive entertainment brand assets Packaging Templates, layered InDesign templates used by internal and external publishing partners for the creation of games packaging Advertising Brand Guidelines, used for the effective and correct execution of interactive entertainment brands in marketing advertisements Monitor the IT Infrastructure supporting the Certification solution and regularly update artwork certification manager on performance of solution. Drive and/or contribute towards the development of guidelines, assets and packaging templates for use by internal and 3rd party partners globally. Communication Requirements Immediately update internal tools with approved 3rd party artwork status. Provide timely communication/reporting of artwork submissions and approvals to Account Management, Certification, and Marketing teams. Identify and escalate scenarios which require input/approval for artwork certification manager and/or other applicable internal teams. Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and 3rd party partners to the high standard and service level that they currently receive and expect. Communicates updates on packaging templates, brand guidelines, new legal guidelines, and rating systems. Provide recommendations for process, asset and tool improvements. Manage business reporting, metrics and team communications channels. Customer Satisfaction Demonstrate high standards of customer satisfaction while being deadline driven. Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and resolve concerns. Functional/Technical Competencies Maintain confidentiality of information even if placed under pressure from others to divulge. Display drive, energy and initiative to see what needs to be done and take it on independently. Solve routine problems effectively, gathering the information necessary to weigh a limited set of options and arrive at a sound conclusion. Interpersonal skills to initiate contact and build good working relationships that last over time with people inside and outside the group or organization. Escalate problems that are beyond usual scope for resolution. Ability to fully comprehend and then communicate brand guidelines to a global audience. Familiarity with an online submission and tracking tool. Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional, compression tools and FTP software. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products. Proficient knowledge of collaboration tools, such as Microsoft SharePoint. Competent with Microsoft Office software programs, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Language Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Japanese (both written and spoken).
