We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst with QA Auditing experience for a ten-month assignment in North East Atlanta. This position is with an enterprise-level customer, is scheduled to begin in early August 2012, and may be extended beyond the initial ten-month period based on job performance and customer funding. You will function as the primary contact for an ongoing Quality Assurance Program within this customer's Information Technology Division. The job responsibilities will be split between Quality Assurance Auditing (40%) and Software Quality Assurance Testing (60%).  Jog Responsibilities: Review current Quality Assurance Plan for process improvements Perform quality audits on project and release deliverables for compliance with the quality plan and other applicable standards Ensure accuracy and adequacy of prepared documentation Help develop applicable standards to improve the Quality Assurance program in Client Server, web and Mainframe environments Conduct Quality Assurance Testing as required on assigned projects and/or change requests Prepare test plans, test cases, test scripts and results documentation Mentor resources on compliance with the quality assurance procedures Required Skills: 5+ years extensive experience developing quality assurance plans and programs. 5+ years experience in quality assurance testing Strong working knowledge of  Quality Center and Quick Test Professional In-depth understanding of application testing with emphasis on web-based and Client Server applications Experience establishing Quality Assurance Audit and/or Software Quality Assurance programs. Experience performing review and audit of project and release deliverables ie requirement documents, design documents/technical specs, implementation specs, test plans, system architecture/infrastructure documents Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and specifically QA process and test methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Persuasive speaking abilities required for mentoring Process oriented, detailed person with solid organizational skills Experience with enterprise level QA testing on financial or banking systems Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field Desired Skills: Organizational/enterprise level experience leading software development process improvement from Level 1 to higher maturity Experience with ISO 9000, Six Sigma, SEI CMM and other applicable software development process standards and auditing methods a plus Experience with enterprise level QA testing on tax related systems Experience in business analyst role translating business needs into Use Cases, Process Diagrams, Functional and Non-Functional Specs/Requirement Documents Knowledge of Agile software development methodology and tools Please submit your Resume online for immediate consideration.
