Oracle CRM (R12) Consultant
Oracle CRM R12 Consultant - Gosport £400-£450 per day Role overview: Responsible for the Design, Functional Configuration and Testing of a EBS R12 Demonstration Product based on JPA Design Components and to provide support to the Technical Consultants responsible for required extension changes with particular reference to CRM processes. Day to Day Responsibilities: Development / Adaption of Oracle EBS CRM Package Processes Produce and or update detailed design specifications to document design required to meet demonstration requirements in Oracle EBS Suite R12. Construct/modify the configuration of core and custom Oracle modules in accordance with the detailed design specifications to QMS procedures. Produce test specifications to demonstrate that re-configured elements meet the requirement. Execute unit tests and document outcomes in accordance with QMS procedures. Close liaison with technical developers on delivery solution. Investigate errors, identify cause and resolve problem. Liaise with Oracle Corporation as required to resolve functional issues. Provide regular progress reports to line management in accordance with agreed procedures. Undertake estimation work as required. Mentor junior team members. Support Business Development activities as required. Ensuring compliance with SPVA One Agency One Team. Essential Skills: Detailed knowledge of Oracle eBusiness CRM Package - must be Oracle Release 12. Experience in Configuration, Personalisations and PL/SQL and XML. Clear and concise communicator to all levels (Peers/Management/Customer). Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. Experience of industry standard Quality Management System (QMS). Desirable Skills: Experience of working in an MOD environment and understanding of the Armed Forces Pay & Personnel Pensions systems. Knowledgeable and adept at using and understanding Standard Oracle Diagnostic tools and their outputs (e.g. TKPROF - trace output). Good understanding of Oracle HCM.
