Our client is in need of a Web Content Project Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for managing the successful creation, QA, and delivery of content to various different internal and external electronic platforms. Their primary responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to) preparation of content for conversion and oversight and tracking of key milestones, including content and product QA. This role can include the need to troubleshoot content coding and application errors to ensure technical standards and requirements are met. They will also communicate and partner with project managers, key stakeholders, technology support, vendors, and other cross-functional team members as necessary on day to day activities as necessary. Necessary Skill Set: - Bachelor's degree in discipline related or equivalent combination of relevant education and 1 year relevant work experience. - Demonstrated experience with formal project management techniques. - Demonstrated experience working with the electronic management of data and structured content. - Ability to work independently and manage projects under deadlines, including driving a substantial volume of work to completion at certain points in the year. - Demonstrated ability to quickly master new technical skills, software programs, and production processes and knowledge and understanding of standard office software applications. - Basic to intermediate knowledge of XML and HTML - Strong organizational, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills and orientation to detail. - Intermediate knowledge and use of Windows applications, including spreadsheets (ability to create formulas), online databases, word processing tools, and e-mail software. - Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as diplomacy in order articulate relevant information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills. - Ability to handle rapid change and ambiguity - Understands and accepts the role of contractor vs. staff and what that entails Join TEKsystems() and get your career on the fast track.
