A pioneering Mobile Telecommunications organisation currently require a Multi Site Provider (MSP) Surveyor to join their team. The successful MSP Surveyor will be responsible for implementing and managing UK property and negotiation strategies for integration of networks, upgrades and capacity programmes with a particular focus on MSP site portfolios. You will be responsible for managing, negotiating and coordinating and develop contractual arrangements with existing MSPs to support the business aims. You will manage and support external consultants to deliver MSP portfolios as part of integration and upgrade programmes. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and updating reports, procedures and guidelines and maintenance of relevant documents as required. You will also devise, suggest and implement new working methods to support continuous improvement of MSP site delivery. In addition to this, you will assist on other special projects in terms of managing strategic relationships and MSP agreements. Candidates are required to have a strong Site Acquisition Management / Telecoms Property background within the Mobile Telecoms sector. You will have previous experience of managing MSP relationships, processes and associated contracts. You will have experience of managing multiple projects across large numbers of sites, be delivery focused with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
