We are looking for a long-term technical support partner to help us for : 1. Magneto store upgrade to latest version. - Extension upgrade as well to be compatible with latest version. - Adjustment of skin/theme to new Magento version. - URL management: Removal of shop categories in URLs. Redirects for old URLs. General SEO optimization (title tags, meta tags etc.) - Clean up mySQL database. - Basically manage the whole technical part of upgrading the shop. 2. Assist with documenting the shop's functionalities in user manuals. Target language is English. 3. Daily technical helpdesk support. Either trough a ticket system or by being available in agreed upon time slots. 4. Implement and develop new shop features. Next project after the shop upgrade will be implementation of a customer referral system. 5. Be our daily technical go-to-person.
