A large client of TEKsystems is looking for a Telecommunications Project Manager in Nashville, TN. This candidate will be working as a Project Manager on Wireless Projects around UMTS and LTE. The Project Manager will be maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines. Gather all project information, schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings. Work with Field Engineers and Vendors for implementations. Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned. Assist project teams in strategic meetings. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience as a Project Manager. Must have experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred skills: Wireless or Telecommunications industry experience. The candidate will be working Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. Travel in the local market is expected. This is a business casual environment. Some overtime is expected.
