I need a developer to do the following. Project description: We need an application that Works in MAC ( could be native MAC App or realtime Web app ). We have an Asterisk 1.8 server with 8 agents, 4 rdsi , 8 channels. The objective is integrate an application that popups a window or dhtml popup with the information of the caller getting this information from our cloud CRM Salesforce.com . The Popup have to permit : - See the caller information. - Answer the Call - Hang up the Call - Transfer the call to another agent. Is important that this application works in MAC, because the agents use MAC. Our client is CocaCola Company Europe.
