Legacy and Direct Markeing Manager (6 months contract)
This well known charity require an experienced Legacy & Direct Marketing Manager to drive, deliver and develop the legacy and direct marketing fundraising plan. The key focus of this post is to deliver their plans with a particular focus on recruiting quality contacts, growing committed giving and embedding in memoriam giving. In addition, the promotion of legacy giving is vital and needs to be done sensitively; Manage and develop the team to deliver their legacy, direct marketing, in memoriam and merchandise fundraising plans for the support of the head of Supporter Services and Direct Marketing. Strong project and budget management, team-working and influencing through colleagues and suppliers will be critical to delivering the plans. The role will vary considerably with elements of strategy, budgeting, campaign management, copy writing, database, and customer care responsibilities. Responsibility for line managing and developing the team . The successful candidate must have previous relevant experience within a charity.
