Our client based in Peterborough is looking for German speakers to join their inbound call centre. This position is inbound calls only, you will be dealing with customer and business queries, therefore previous customer service experience is essential. You must be fluent in German and English as you will be dealing with both the selling agents of the product and customers regarding any queries or concerns that they may have.
