PSInc is a medium sized Non-Government organisation, based in Windsor, responsible for the delivery of a complex range of human services in the Hawkesbury, Penrith and Blue Mountains LGA’s. Our strong team approach to management, governance and quality underpin our operations and the Board and management team wish to ensure this approach continues. Reporting directly to the Board you will be; Professionally qualified with relevant tertiary qualifications and post graduate education An experienced human services manager with a solid record of achievement Energetic, positive and forward thinking with an excellent understanding of strategies needed to manage current sector challenges We offer a competitive salary package based on the LGA award level 21 ($81,640 – 97,916 pro rata) plus fully maintained vehicle and super – plus salary sacrifice.
