The successful Web Developer should have experience of adaptig PSD format files to standards compliant HTML and CSS. The Web Developer  should have experience of working with HTML/CSS/JS in high-performance envrionments with strong experience building applications and websites. The sucessful Web Developer should have expereience of XHTML, CSS, XSLT and Java Script. It it essential that the Web Developer have current, recent or good knowledge of Magento and PHP.
