Skills Required *Proven track record in Recruitment. *Excellent at building and maintaining relationships. *Efficient and well organised. Business development is a key part of this role. You will need to be tenacious and professional, used to networking with a variety of business heads and recruiters. Part of your role will be make sales calls, attending client visits, consult with local businesses and keep them abreast of industry changes. You will be expected to attend meetings with clients; therefore you must have a full driving license & own transport to apply for this role.
