Online Marketing Executive
Background A fantastic 6 month opportunity to join a start-up venture within AXA Wealth and part of one of the world’s leading financial services brands. You’ll join the developing Direct team, a soon to be online marketing business, with the chance to lead on year one launch communications and build a role with significant scope for growth and personal development. As part of this small marketing team, the role holder will operate with empowerment and accountability to manage product collateral and outputs in addition to building and managing both acquisition and eCRM communications and campaign plans. The role Contribute to developing the AXA Wealth Direct annual marketing plan to drive budget submission and forecasting activities Manage the plan / components of the plan to ensure the programme remains contemporary and all activities and resources are aligned to business needs Ownership and broad involvement in multi-channel marketing, e.g. PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliates and eCRM to drive cost-effective customer recruitment and repeat purchase behaviour Lead on the delivery of planned promotions, directing internal and external resource to agreed targets / objectives Manage the maintenance of static site content and collateral literature items to ensure on-going compliance and audit trails in place Execute all activities consistent with Direct (or partner) brand to build brand advocacy and consideration Plan and deliver appropriate testing and research activity to align all marketing activity with target audience utilising multiple data sources, segmentation and analytics to optimise communications performance Manage activities within agreed process framework including expense/budget management and TCF undertakings Build, develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaborative and efficient working practises Skills, knowledge and behaviour Experience of commercial online marketing experience - essential Financial services experience advantageous Strong track record of delivering integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels Numerate with excellent communications - copy-writing skills expected Experience of budget management What will you get from this role?
