Data Analyst - Oracle HR
My client are a world leader for the broadcast and broadband industry. They are recruiting for a Data Analyst who has significant experience in HR / Oracle analysis. Working within the international HR team, the role holder will be responsible for management and administration for all aspects of HRIS, Oracle Self Service and Performance Management tools and the generation of end of month and ad hoc reports. The role will also involve: Support the resource planning process (connection between sales pipeline and customer delivery) Creates trend analysis reports for the management and advanced trackers to track recruitment approvals Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyse competitive salary information. Stakeholder Management – identifying needs Creating monthly MI reports Candidates will have the following skills and experience to be considered for the role: Proficient in advanced techniques of MS Excel (i.e. Pivot tables, lookup functions and advanced charting functions) Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical Knowledge of HRIS systems required (i.e. PeopleSoft Oracle, SAP. Etc.) Excellent analytical skills with a strong working knowledge of problem solving Significant Human Resources or Finance experience Experience in developing and delivering end user reporting/analytics Please send CV's in the first instance.
