Our blue chip Nottingham based client has a requirement for a Business Analyst to work alongside a project team, assessing the implications of business change. As the organisation acquires and integrates new organisations and contracts, the successful candidate will be required to define and document existing business processes, identify and map processes not currently done and highlight process improvements. - Effective elicitation, documentation and management of Requirements (Functional, User Interface and System Qualities) - Creation of 'Vision and Scope' documentation - Business Process definition to ensure the most effective processes are defined - Analysis of data and documents to elicit, verify and manage requirements and business processes - Appreciation of Cost Benefit Analysis and Cost Benefit Realisation - Management of stakeholders - Identification of risk and ability to manage and mitigate The successful candidate will be a proven Business Analyst, with the ability to communicate with and manage a wide variety of stakeholders. It is anticipated that these will be long term roles. Exposure to the utilities / energy sector will be beneficial, but is by no means essential.
