A leading financial services organisation currently has a requirement for an interim Contracts and Trust Products Proposition Manager to apply practical knowledge and experience of the UK Corporate Pensions market to lead the creation and management of a market leading Contract proposition. Candidates should have in-depth understanding of the proposition's technical detail and will own the proposition, ensuring that it continues to meet customer needs. Working with marketing intelligence, analysis and interpretation as well as strategy leaders, the roll will manage all on-going proposition design and development, ensuring synergy with related propositions. All content will meet all brand and communication requirements, ensuring consistency with branding requirements elsewhere within the business. You will develop a detailed knowledge of the proposition and present and articulate this understanding, maintaining specifications, literature range and content. The role will review and monitor TCF, MI and plans to ensure focus and outcomes are consistent with FSA expectations. The ideal candidate will have product or proposition experience within financial services along with good knowledge of the corporate pensions market.
