Business Development Manager
Awaiting Eyes Foundation is a registered UK charity helping children orphaned by the earthquake in Pakistan. We are currently looking for a business development manager who can help identify the opportunities to grow and develop the organization. Your duties and responsibilities include:- • Developing new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for the foundation to increase year on year • Having individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self manage; however, you will be part of a growing team of people with the same job title. • To represent the foundation at industry events and tradeshows, therefore your professional manner and polished appearance will aid your intention of gaining new business leads and contacts • You will effectively interact with other departments including the account management and technical team when handing over campaigns ensuring you fully and correctly brief in all aspects of the sale, building and maintaining relations with current donors Skills required:- • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Posses IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) • Excellent people skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of team • Ability to manage complex workload • Work methodically and to agreed procedures and timeframes • Focused on outcomes / results Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided to the right candidates. The successful candidate must be available to volunteer for a minimum of 3 days per week .
