this project is to modify an existing portal similar to freelancer.com but for a different niche. In case you only want to bid for a part of the project please let me know what part your bid is related to. We are willing to split this project into parts and award it to different freelancers. Here is what we need to do: 1. implement a "hire me" option on the providers profile page. By clicking on it the member can post a private project to that particular provider (just like on freelancer.com). In case the project is rejected by the provider or the provider does not respond to it within 48 hours the project is to be posted officially on the website to be accessible to all providers. same commissions must apply as set up for all projects. 2. create a new section to the website where providers can post jobs they are willing to do at a fixed price and members can hire instantly. this section needs to include a listing of all services offered and a search function. note, this section is gonna be similar to all those micro job sites like fiverr etc... all members (buyers and providers) will be able to post services and to buy services. Same commissions apply as set up on the main system. This section needs to run under a subdomain. The subdomain should be amendable on the admin section. On the admin there should also be a list of all services posted so we can edit the descriptions in case they do not comply with our terms and conditions. 3. on the main system currently providers can only place bids on projects, but they can not post new projects.
