Oracle DBA irving, TX Oracle DBA Irving – TX 6+ Months Required Education: BS/BA Required Experience: • 5+ years Oracle DBA data modelling experience on warehouse environment. • Experience with large databases with high transaction volume in a RAC configuration • Demonstrated knowledge of interdependencies between Oracle security and Linux security • Expertise in using Stats Pack, AWR Reports Analysis and Performance Tuning. • Experienced on Oracle Advanced Concepts like Parallel Execution, Using Optimizers, Flash Recovery, Advanced Compression etc. • Oracle Certification preferred • 4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent • Working knowledge of networks • Working knowledge of Linux OS • Working knowledge of software version control concepts and change management processes • Working knowledge of ETL processes • Working knowledge of data modeling concepts both relational and dimensional • Working knowledge of UNIX shell scripting • Working knowledge Hyperion EPM infrastructure • Working knowledge of automated job scheduling • Experience with Oracle SQL and/or PL/SQL • Strong experience in Microsoft Office productivity tools
