Application Administrator * Siebel, Salesforce.com We have an immediate opportunity for an Application Administrator to support our client, a large company located in the Santa Clara, CA area. This position supports CRM implementations - production, staging, QA and development environments involving package install, software deployment, system, and software support including on-call support. Responsibilities include: * Installation, Configuration and administration of Siebel CRM applications * Administration of Salesforce.com application * Migration and code deployments (Siebel and Salesforce) * Respond, triage, analyze and maintain ownership of issues through their resolution * Work closely with other team members and provide global application support as required * Effectively collaborate with engineering, operations, QA groups to provide acceptable resolution Minimum Job Qualifications: * Siebel Enterprise 7.x/8.x Admin experience * Salesforce.com administration * Production support and code migration experience * Thorough understanding of the Siebel Architecture across all application layers * Very good knowledge of Siebel Tools, EAI, EIM, Workflow * Good working knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and Red Hat Linux OS (advanced knowledge and scripting capabilities will be an added advantage) * Good working knowledge of Oracle DB * Strong analytical and technical abilities to troubleshoot issues (analyze logs, review application configuration/code) * Good all-round communication skills with the ability to develop effective customer relationships with internal customers For immediate consideration please contact: Lindsy UpStream Global Services Division Software Pundits Reply to: email@example.com www.upstreamgs.com
