I am looking for a creative freelancer or company to help with my vision. I have attached an image that we have created for our website and I want this to be powerful with lots going on within the scene. I am using www.imcreator.com to build the site so need to be able to add the flash elements into this. The first thing is for the 'scene' to be raining. I love the effect below and can buy this if you can edit and drop over my website background. I will also want the raining sound for realism. Secondly I want some lightning to flash every 6 seconds, something like below (first few seconds of video) I want the building and car to have moving flames and smoke so it looks real. You will see what I mean from attachment. I assume all of these are easy and can bought as stock flash no problem but just need them adding to the site. The one thing I think I will need you to create from scratch will be the DGL signage board bottom left. I want to have 2 of the neon light letters on this flashing on and off, like an eerie motel sign, perhaps with the buzzing sound also.
