Customer Service Assistants - APCOA Services Group East Midlands Airport Fixed Term Contract – ending 31st September 2012 (3 positions) £17,824.70 – working average of 42 hours on 3 on 3 off shift pattern, days and nights. Purpose of Role To ensure the efficient operation of all on site car parks and to provide a level of service which gives complete customer satisfaction. To be competent in the operation of all Skidata parking equipment, pre-booking database, intercom system, customer service desk/till processes, vehicle jumpstarts and to be trained in all future site developments and operational enhancements. To monitor CCTV systems and regulate entry and exit of vehicles to and from car parks, either physically or remotely via use of intercom and parking systems. To be competent in the operation of the Meet & Greet service, damage checking, driving and parking customer’s vehicles in a safe, careful and responsible manner. To undertake random mobile or foot patrols of the car park, reporting any maintenance, Health & Safety or security issues and to assist with cleaning duties by taking action to ensure that company standards are achieved and maintained. To complete operational documentation to the required standard and maintain good communications with the Supervisor and other car park staff, seeking assistance and contributing to the resolution of outstanding issues. Preferred experience: Customer Service skills Driving skills Cash Handling skills Must have: Valid full UK driving license (max 3 points & 3 years driving experience) Good keyboard/data input skills GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths To apply please click the apply for this job button and attach your CV and covering letter.
