The Programme Manager will be responsible for creating, writing, authoring Cost Models within the Civil Aerospace side of the business. The PM/ Cost Analyst will produce Cost Models to support functions the Civil Aerospace and Gas Turbine side of the business providing cost guidance to these areas. The Programme Manager will work closely with all civil fleet projects and the wider cost community to ensure projects meet the customer requirements. Key Accountabilities Create, write, produce cost models. Define and help with the development of the cost tools. Operate and help to improve the Design To Target Cost / Design For Low Cost Process Deploy the Cost toolset/ value driven design tools. Manage the Cost system & component target cost achievement in programme to ensure that components and their cost accounts are kept current. identify Cost opportunities and assist in Cost comparisons and Trades. Qualifications Costing experience within the manufacture industry and the ideal candidate will have experience of turbine products or aerospace / defence related materials. A good cross functional understanding of Design. Manufacturing and Supply chain is essential and specific experience in at least two of these subject areas is desirable.
