City Centre is looking to place a Buildings Officer into our Public Sector client in the centre of London. It's a 3 month contract and you will be responsible for all buildings, facilities and Health & Safety giudelines which are to be followed and under taken. You will build relationships with key staff across the building and also external agencies and contractors to ensure the building is kept in it's safe, secure and clean space providing for a productive workforce. From a Health & Safety perspective you will be required to maintain all reporting, running regular alarms and fire safety testing, reporting any faults to the relevant manager. At all times implementing any actions that need to be under taken. You will be accountable for any re-stocks to safety equipment such as First Aid and body fluid kits. You will be working in an Administrative environment extrmeely close to main line rail and underground connections.
