The Talent team designs and implements innovative learning programs that support and develop the company's talent. Our team is a creative, dynamic, and collaborative group that is responsible for the learning programs, including leadership development, people management, life and culture, and business and professional skills, with nascent programs in coaching and team development. This role will collaborate with Talent Systems team to architect, design, and implement App Engine applications and system solutions for innovative learning programs that support and develop the company's talent. Requirements BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline preferred. Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript and/or another modern programming language Ability to design and implement clean/attractive Web interfaces (CSS, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript,Visualization APIs, etc.) Preferred experience in Linux, MySQL, Apache, Perforce (or other version control system) experience with Google App Engine, GWT a plus Track record of "getting things done" At least 5 years experience as a software developer Solid experience with Python Rationale Responsibilities Change the way learning is done.
