• Define the user experience strategy for Services applications • Develop designs to satisfy business and user targets for specified measures • Refine user experience architecture and design direction based on usability testing • Conduct competitive audits and heuristic evaluation efforts • Produce concept maps and customer journey maps • Document use cases and business flows • Develop information architectures • Provide expert forms design, navigation design, workflow design and page layout • Create prototypes or work with UI developers to create prototypes • Identify aspects of a design to be prototyped for user evaluation, including all elements of the design which have key user measures • Create detailed specifications for use by technical team members • Help enhance a growing library of design patterns and UX guidelines • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results • Set appropriate goals for meetings and interactions, and ensure those goals are met, including keeping discussionsfocused, tracking and resolving action items, taking minutes, and so on • Facilitate project communication across a multidisciplinary team throughout all phases of a project Qualifications: • BS/BA in Design, HCI or related degree • 5+ years of experience designing web-based application user interfaces • Experience in writing UX specifications and guidelines • Experience in enterprise application design • Experience in data visualization, Concept Map, or Customer Journey Map • Excellent written communication skills: ability to transform wireframes and images into detailed written specifications with sufficient interaction details • Excellent time management, multitasking ability, and the ability to prioritize • Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team • Clear, concise interpersonal communications Keywords: Web Development
