Position Requirements: Candidate should be considered a LAN/WAN expert with respect to the configuration, implementation and support of the responsible LAN/WAN technologies Firm working knowledge of Cisco technologies that include, but are not limited to, ACE, all major models of IOS based routers/switches, FWSMs, ASA & WAAS Solid foundation of supporting WCCP, TACACS, VPN (site-to-site, client & clientless), network data capturing (sniffer) and analysis, 3750/6500/3900/3800/2800 model LAN/WAN QoS fundamentals (policy-maps, queue levels and etc.) and EIGRP routing General working knowledge of Cisco ACS, Cisco wireless, proxy technologies, MPLS BGP/VRFs and IT security best practices CheckPoint firewall, Linux scripting, Nexus, Cisco TelePresence, Cisco SRST, Cisco VoIP Unity Connection & Communications Manager experience a plus Ability to work evenings and weekends as required Ability to lift 50 lbs.
