POC: Tom McManus 636-519-0814 x22 tom@technosmarts.com NT/Citrix System Admin Location: Bothell, WA 98021 Overview: We are seeking a new member of the NT/Citrix system administrator team Responsibilities: Maintain hundreds of Citrix servers in a complex environment, which includes installing, configuring and tuning Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, strong client service focus Must possess demonstrated technical and leadership skills in a fast paced support environment Ability to multitask and do in-depth server troubleshooting required Excellent customer service and communication skills and attention to detail is paramount Ability to work with off shore teams in different countries Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly, language appropriate to both technical and non-technical audiences Requirements: 5+ years proven experience in a large IT organization providing technical support in an Intel environment running Windows 2003/2008. 4-5 years proven experience administering Citrix XenApp 4.5 and 5.0 Experience with Group Policy Knowledge of networking protocols and connectivity as it relates to server based connectivity Knowledge in Citrix performance tuning as well as windows internals Proven skills in working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment Education and Experience: Batch automation and Scripting experience helpful Knowledge in Clients system like Ensemble and Enabler in Infrastructure area Experience working in multicultural organizations with foreign national employees
