Job Description: looking for a Lead Tech Developer/ Architect to join our team of consultants currently working at a client site in Bloomington, IL. The Lead Tech Developer will be involved in the technical design, code review, and testing of the application. Skills: 9+ Years of software development experience, primarily in a Java/J2EE Environment Expert level understanding of OO Design and Programming. At least 4 years experience working in an Agile environment. Experience generating UML diagrams and experience with multiple design patterns. Experience working on branches in SVN and conducting merges. Extensive testing experience and exceptional troubleshooting skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work among a diverse team. Technical Responsibilities: Expert in technology being used Understands Topology, System Architecture Highly experienced in OO design (Class diagrams, Sequence diagrams) Highly experienced in OO programming Must be able to work with developers to create analysis document for first sprint Review analysis documents created by developers and approve Review code with the aid of analysis document and approve Review check list items Ensure JUnits are coded, valid, check reports Cyclomatic complexity should match entrance criteria Propose design patterns that would help current story and future story development Identify complexity in the code, look at the story from an application perspective Must be well versed in development and design tools Merge/ensure code between multiple teams is valid and approved Plan refactoring to reduce complexity, increase manageability and maintainability We have a position for Java developer in Bellevue, WA .we need consultant who worked extensively on Spring Framework, Hibernate and struts.
