I have an existing Joomla site that I wish to make a file storage and upload site. I will have users that will be uploading files into folders. What folder they can get to will be decided upon the users level. There will be some masters that can get in every folder or container as well. Along with that, I want the ability for the articles to be read by the level of the person posting them, I.E - a manager posts, managers can read by default unless the person changes it to employees, so they can see the article.
