You will learn about equipment specification, preparation and pre-engineering as well as documentation, procedures, financial fundamentals, commercial sales, quality, safety, logistics, commissioning and project management. Working within the Baker Hughes Industrial Service Portfolio Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) product line, you will be exposed to multiple aspects of the business, with learning activities directly linked to the knowledge and requirements necessary for your job. Ongoing support will include a mentor to help guide you through the programme.
