IT Business Analyst
Job Description: Our customer, a leader in the financial industry with locations from coast to coast, is searching for a Business Operations Analyst. This Business Operations Analyst is a contract position. This is a global Fortune 100 Company, and a foot in the door has the possibility to open additional opportunities. Position Details: Position: Business Operations Analyst Location: Jacksonville, FL 32256 Pay rate: $35 Job Description: Partner with support and operations groups around the world and will work to support them and improve their service. Will be responsible for problem prevention, detection and resolution and will use various monitoring and reporting systems to proactively identify problems that arise across multiple platforms. As problems occur, the Operations Analyst applies troubleshooting techniques and technical knowledge to identify the severity of the problem and the needed steps to resolve the problem and communicates situation and solutions to appropriate members within the business. Applies diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot cause of problems with users over the telephone and may involve additional research and further diagnostics after call is completed. Will manage projects, will be challenged to find areas of improvement, and will be expected to find ways to optimize and improve existing processes to better align with corporate compliance policies and to be more beneficial to the corporation. Will partner with support and operations groups around the world and will work to support them and improve their service. Required Experience/Qualifications: Must have a Bachelors degree Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills Advanced knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office Experience supporting software and web-based applications Strong customer service, written and oral communication skills Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a structured global environment Well-developed listening skills are essential Able to work in fast-paced environment and make accurate decisions rapidly Experience delivering global solutions in an enterprise environment Desired skills include: Project Management experience Strong influencing skills Experience with Learning Management System Willing to work overtime How to Apply: Click on the ï¿½Apply Nowï¿½ to be considered for this position or any other mortgage related opportunity with Adecco.
