Valbin Corporation is currently hiring Spanish/English linguists for a PANAMAX 12 multinational exercise at Fort Sam Houston, near San Antonio, Texas. The exercise will last from July 31st to August 17th. Linguist responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to: - On-site interpretation - Written translation - Telephonic interpretation - Simultaneous interpretation - Consecutive interpretation In addition, linguists will help make sure that personnel can communicate verbally and in writing, provide classroom lecture instruction that is accessible in Spanish and English, and provide administrative support and coordination (in English and Spanish) as necessary. Linguists must have ILR scores of 3/3; translation services will require a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
