Job Description   v     Work in an office/warehouse hybrid environment in the shipping/receiving department. v     Work with team to provide support in any facet of the department. v     Encrypt, core-load and test payment processing equipment according to department specifications with a high level of accuracy and speed. v     Package shipments completely and accurately to include customer welcome kits, marketing materials, paper/supplies/accessories. v     Use UPS Worldship software to ship outbound orders to merchants timely and accurately. v     Restock shelves for paper/supplies/accessories and shipping materials. v     Assist in keeping department clear of trash, debris and discarded boxes. v     Maintain organization for test bench equipment and supplies. v     Perform counts on any items that need regular replenishment and provide those numbers to the contact who is in charge of reordering that item.     Skill Requirements   v     Must demonstrate an extremely high level of accuracy and speed with all responsibilities. v     Must be able to interact effectively with department team to resolve any conflicts/issues that arise. v     Must be able to work effectively on multiple shipments/projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality of work (multi-tasking). v     Must possess planning, prioritization and organizational skills. v     Must be able to take direction well and require minimal supervision to complete responsibilities accurately and timely. v     Must be punctual and reliable on a daily basis.     Industry experience not required.  Ongoing training and skill assessment provided to facilitate employee development to the highest potential.  This is a Part-Time Temp to Hire Deployment Representative Position.
