Project Manager - Health Care Industry Job Type :   Contract; C2H Salary Range :   60.00 - 90.00 per hour (Contract; C2H) The Project Manager position will work closely with both the IT development group and clinical user departments to ensure that enterprise software is developed in a robust, reliable and scalable architecture. The Project Manager's role is to plan, design, and launch efficient Health Care software solutions to the business in the support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Project Manager is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments. DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES Gathering data and analyzing business and user needs in consultation with both business managers and clinical department heads and users. Translation of business/end user requirements into functional technical specifications  Acting as a liaison between developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction Documentation, including functional and design specifications for applications to be developed Analysis of complex business problems and assessment of how automated systems can be implemented to solve them Formulating and defining the objectives and scope of business systems  Monitoring adherence to and refining SDLC processes, IT standards, policies and procedures Core Competencies : Excellent planning and organizational skills Excellent analytical skills Initiative & innovation Detail orientated Strong interpersonal skills Team player Self-motivated and able to multi-task Experience: Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Health Care software solutions, systems, and products.
