Team Lead Business Analyst - Financial Services Lead Business Analyst with strong leadership skills is required to join a Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf. The Lead BA will be tasked with leading and driving a team of analysts across a large Solvency II programme. You will ne accountable for the quality and completeness of the requirements and designs produced by the BA's across the programme. It is imperative you have a proven track record of leading a team of BA's and across a complex and challenging programme. Imperatives :- Proven track record of successful delivery within Financial Services Regulatory (Solvency II) experience and content knowledge (ideally, not essential) Excellent UML, Use Case modelling skills - best practice - ability to train other team members Delivery focused with a 'can-do' attitude Strong Business Process skills This individual will analyse the key areas for address and help to deliver a successful programme.
