Job Description: We are staffing for one of the Big 4's in Downtown Chicago. The position is a 1 year contract assignment with the chance to go permanent when the contract is over. Job Duties: * Perform research and deep web talent identification * Identify contacts in niche areas, develop call lists, contacts, and networks with both line of service and functional specializations for each Line of Service. * Identify top talent, including the use of direct sourcing methodology, networking and industry specific sourcing * Work with significant degree of independence Bring candidates through the phone interview portion of talent identification and then hand off to the relationship recruiting after presentation * Own and maintain pipeline of candidates for specific LoS/Verticals Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovate sourcing strategies * Implement sourcing tools to positively impact the firm's ability to attract high potential candidates * Take direction from assigned relationship recruiting manager and recruiting operations leader in developing search strategy Job Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 5 Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required: Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) Minimum Education Required: Bachelor Years of Experience Required: More than 5 years Expected Travel Time: None Keywords: Human Resources
