Position Description: This position is on the implementation team that develops and supports custom built applications that manage the rights and scheduling Qualifications: -Develop and modify custom built applications (both Web and Winforms). -Perform analysis of customer requirements and create design specifications, with time estimates and/or story sizing. -Work with Quality Assurance to develop and perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing. -Identify opportunities and make recommendations for software, process, reporting, or other technology improvements   Required Technical skills: - 5 plus years: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005 or greater, DB design/modeling - Experience with ORM technology (NHibernate, Entity Framework), jQuery, WCF Data Services   Other Requirements: - Good communication skills... spoken, written, and visual (white boarding to get your ideas across) - Experience with Agile (FDD, Scrum, etc) - Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative skills
